亲爱的家长朋友们，大家好！🌹🌹
🌟今天中文活动，我们一同共读了经典故事《大卫上学去》。活动中，孩子们仔细观察画面细节，大胆猜想故事情节，认识了故事里活泼调皮的主人公大卫。步入校园的大卫遇到了不少状况：上课迟到、课堂嚼口香糖、随意涂画、吃饭插队、课间玩得忘记回教室，还会在图书馆大声吵闹。面对大卫一次次的小失误，老师始终耐心引导、及时提醒。犯错之后，大卫留下来打扫教室，认真把桌椅擦拭得干干净净，也因此得到了老师的肯定与表扬，最后开开心心地放学回家。
🌟阅读过程里，小朋友们能够清晰分辨大卫哪些行为是不合适的，还主动说出不能这样做的原因。借着故事，孩子们进一步理解校园规则的意义，懂得无论在园内还是校外，都要自觉遵守规则。规则不仅约束行为，更是保护自己、养成良好习惯的重要方式。
🌟同时我们也和孩子探讨：每个人都会犯错，犯错并不可怕。当老师或者同伴指出问题时，愿意正视不足、及时改正，同样值得被肯定与鼓励。

🌟 Another Great Day in Reception E! 🌟
We’ve had another busy day of phonics, counting, reading and writing as we continue our second week together! 😊📚
🔤 Early Sound Systems (ESS)
In ESS, we continued reviewing all of our single-letter sounds using the phonics song we have been learning. 🎵🔡 The children are becoming more familiar with the sounds each day and are growing in confidence as they join in together. 👏✨
We then revisited The Big Pink Pig 🐷📖, but this time we became sound detectives! 🔎👀 As we read through the story, the children searched for words containing the /i/ sound.
When we spotted an /i/ word, we practised saying and segmenting it before the children had a go at writing the words on their own little whiteboards. ✏ It was great to see everyone getting involved and putting their phonics knowledge into practice!
🔢 Logical Exploration
In Logical Exploration, we practised counting all the way to 100 with some familiar friends — the Numberblocks! 🔢🎉 The children enjoyed counting along together and showing us just how much they already know about numbers.
We then completed an activity focusing on one-to-one correspondence within 10. The children carefully counted different groups of objects and identified how many were in each group. 👀🔢 This encouraged them to slow down, count each object only once, and make sure the number they chose matched the quantity they had counted.
The children worked hard and did a fantastic job! 👏🌟
