今天的中文数学课上,我们围绕“一个星期又七天”展开了一场有趣的探索。首先我们一起回顾了《很饿很饿的毛毛虫》的故事,在毛毛虫每天吃不同东西的过程中,孩子们再次认识了从星期一到星期日的顺序,也发现了“过完星期日又是星期一”这个循环的小秘密。接着,我们玩起了“大灰狼来了”的游戏:星期一,大灰狼来了,小朋友们单脚跳;星期二,大家飞起来……每天都有一个新动作,孩子们一边大声说出今天是星期几,一边快速做出对应的动作,生怕被“大灰狼”老师抓住。游戏里笑声不断,大家对星期的顺序和循环也越来越熟练。最后,每个小朋友都完成了“一周课表”的剪贴任务——周一是STEM课,周二是艺术课……周末不上学,大家就简单画出在家里做的事,老师帮忙记录下来。通过故事、游戏和动手操作,孩子们基本都能说出一星期的顺序,理解昨天、今天、明天的关系,也感受到了星期循环的小规律。
Hello everyone,
Due to this week’s short week with the holiday and Friday’s field trip, we reshuffled the schedule slightly. Yesterday, the children had their PBL class in which they learned about ocean pollution. Today, the children had their mathematics class regarding number formations.
The children reviewed the identification and sequence of numerals from 1 to 20 along with their quantities and practiced forming each numeral using a tracing sheet.
In phonics, the children carried out letter formations in their phonics books. They traced the digraph ‘ch’ and identified the digraph from within a cluster of others.
In Chinese class, the children sequenced the days of the week and identified which specialist lessons they have on each day. They created their own weekly schedule by cutting out class photos and attaching them to the day of the week when that activity was carried out.
