此次夏令营，小班英语再励课程将教授《Journeys》教材GK2内容，课程包括高频词练习、阅读、口语练习、自然拼读和书写练习。每节课后，我会在大群总结和分享当日学习内容，让您更好地了解孩子的学习情况。

1⃣️✨高频词 ：
◦ 今天认识了这些新朋友：is, how, this, find, of, so, many, from, where, on。
◦ 其中 is, how, this, find 是我们的重点单词哦，宝贝们要多和它们打招呼、记住它们的样子！(比如：This is…, How are you?, I find…)
◦ 闪卡配对： 把今天学的10个高频词写在卡片上，和孩子玩“翻翻乐”配对游戏，找到一样的词就大声读出来！重点词(is, how, this, find)可以多准备几张。
2⃣️ 📖故事&单词拼读 ：
◦ 宝贝们一起阅读了课本P.21-25的有趣故事《Fit In My Cab》！
◦ 在故事里，我们重点练习了 CVC单词 (辅音-元音-辅音) 的拼读：cab, can, fit, Nat, sit, Sam, Mac, Bab。
◦ 拆音拼读： 把单词拆开读：c-a-b -> cab, s-i-t -> sit。让孩子像搭积木一样感受每个音。
Nursery Reinforcement Class – Daily Review
Today we introduced our end-of-week speaking task. The children will be giving a short speech all about food, so we began preparing by discussing the question, “What do you like to eat?” The children practised answering using the sentence pattern, “I like to eat…” and enjoyed sharing their favourite foods with the class. We had some wonderful discussions, and everyone was eager to participate.
Next, we reviewed our sight words through a variety of fun games. We started with a game of “See It, Say It” using our hands as binoculars to search for and read the target words. Afterwards, the children worked in pairs for a find and circle activity. They listened carefully for a sight word, raced to find it on the board, and circled it. This was a great way to practise listening, reading, and teamwork.
We then moved on to guided reading, where the children focused on reading simple sentences while identifying and discussing key vocabulary. They showed growing confidence in recognising familiar words and understanding the stories.
To finish the day, we enjoyed afternoon story time during Circle Time. We read The Moonlit Dragon and I Want to Grow. The children shared thoughtful predictions about what might happen next in the stories and came up with creative ideas about how the characters could grow and solve their problems. It was a lovely way to end the day, encouraging imagination and language development.
The children worked hard throughout today’s activities, and we are proud of their enthusiasm and participation. Well done, everyone!
