Hello everyone,
Following this morning’s circle time calendar activities and outdoor learning, the children continued to learn about families.
The children reviewed the names of members in a family and were introduced to the structure of a family tree. They played a family card matching game, completed family themed colouring sheets and family related cutting exercises.
In today;s STEM class, the children continued to learn about the weather and carried out an experiment to make snow.
In phonics, the children learned the letter Tt. They identified the letter in upper and lowercase and learned vocabulary beginning with the letter.
In Chinese class, the children learned to count to 15 with the aid of movements to music, counting beats on musical instruments and placing appropriate quantities of items onto a piece of paper according to vocal instructions.
