Hello everyone,
Following a small snack and continuous provision (self-led learning), the children gathered on the mat to sing and carry out some movements to a selection of morning songs. This was followed by our calendar routine which will take place each morning.
The morning’s main task was to explore the classroom and for each child to make handprints.
This afternoon, Xiao Jie read an interactive story to the children called Dot, Dot, Dot. Through the book, the children are invited to participate by carrying out actions and counting them. Following the story, the children were asked to explore a number of mathematical related workstations.
