各位家长下午好，今天终于迎来了孩子们期待已久的世纪公园活动啦，一起来看看今天的精彩时刻吧！
今天我们第一个项目是：“天空探险家”，我们在体育老师的指导下，进行云梯游戏。孩子们尝试了爬、跳、抬等动作，还学习了团队协作，一起抬云梯，小小的身体充满了无限能量！
第二个活动“森林奇遇记”，通过探索溜溜步，感受活动的乐趣！孩子们将彩虹布一起举高高再一起落下，通过老师搭建的“彩虹通道”，学习指令“前进”和“停止”，天空作美，孩子们在微风中感受到运动的快乐！
第三个活动是“齐天大圣的考验”，这个有点小小的难度哦，我们需要在充气金箍棒上学习行走，保持身体平衡性。骑在金箍棒上面向前进，锻炼了孩子们的双腿肌肉力量！孩子们还一起协作将大大的金箍棒向前推进，感受团队合作带来的乐趣！
三个项目挑战完毕，孩子们都有点累啦，短暂休息时，我们及时补充了水分，并在回学校后更换了上衣！今天上午，孩子们都玩的开心极了，午休也很顺利哦！
下午，我们还是和老师一起欣赏了运动绘本《足球》，学习了解足球的基本规则和运动方法！
收获满满的一天很快就结束啦！感谢家长们的配合，也感谢孩子们的陪伴！我们明天见喽
Dear parents,
Today, we had a wonderful outdoor experience at Century Park!
Although there was no formal English class, it turned into the perfect opportunity to use English in real-life situations.
With our PE teacher’s guidance, the children followed fun instructions in English—words like “jump,” “run,” and “get ready!” were heard throughout the park. We also talked about the weather (“The clouds are so white!”), admired the flowers (“Look at that flower!”), and practiced simple daily expressions (“Can I drink water?”).
From the game “Caterpillar Dinner” to “Climb the Ladder,” every moment in the park was full of energy and laughter. The children naturally reviewed and used the sports-related words they have learned over the past 7 days. ☀
