Dear parents,
The first day of this week English course focused on learning the language through movements. We started by warming up our bodies with a very fun song “I can jump”! 🎶
Then we learnt four different jumps: the straight jump, the one leg hop, the start jump, and the half-turn jump. The kids happily repeated the names of the jumps and, one by one, tried to perform them, refreshing the names of the body parts (such as legs, arms) and learning new words!
After another brief warm-up, we disposed on the floor 10 hula hoops, saying the numbers out loud. Once the path was drawn, we started playing! The kids took turns applying the jumps they had learned for the topsnotch game, with excitement and lots of smiles!
🔤 Phonics Features:
We reviewed the numbers, from 1 to 10, and the body-related words, such as leg, arm, hand. We also introduced new words to describe the jumps: straight jump, star jump, half-turn jump!😊

早点过后，欢快的英语晨圈为今日活动拉开序幕。英文互动中，孩子们跟着老师认识了各种跳跃动作的名称，还兴致勃勃地亲自尝试，小身影满是朝气～
紧接着是大家超爱的体育时间！Jerry老师带着孩子们探索了独木桥，一起学习“跨过去”“慢慢走”等指令，宝贝们张开小手保持平衡走过独木桥，身体协调性和手眼配合能力悄悄up up～ 还有超受欢迎的袋鼠跳游戏，孩子们并拢双脚、钻进袋鼠包向前蹦跳，在欢乐中锻炼了双脚跳能力，个个参与度超高，小技能稳稳get！
艺术课堂上，孩子们在上周作品的基础上继续创作。通过观察自己笔下“阳光的颜色”，他们为作品添加了不同色彩的树叶，还慢慢理解了：原来树叶的颜色会在阳光照射下悄悄变化，作品的颜色也要和这份光影呼应呢～ 小家伙们的观察力超棒，作品完成度超高，每一件都独一无二，满是天真烂漫的童趣！
午后，伴着凉爽的微风，户外活动如约而至。有的小朋友骑着小车车欢快飞驰，有的大胆尝试了滑梯和平衡板，笑声在空气中荡漾，每个人都玩得不亦乐乎～
今天，Kelly老师还带孩子们共读了运动绘本《排球》。孩子们认真听着故事，不仅学会了正确的排球手势，还了解了排球的规则和玩法，小小的脑袋里装满了大大的智慧，专注的模样特别可爱～
