We had a wonderful morning filled with sunshine, movement, and exciting discoveries about Marco Polo’s adventures! ☀✨
We headed off to our energetic PE class with Teacher Guodong. The children were full of smiles as they ran, climbed, and crawled through fun new challenges. They especially loved using their imaginations — pretending the cones were funny hats and stepping through the ladder without using their hands! It was the perfect chance to develop their balance, coordination, and confidence while having so much fun. 🧢🏃♀️
We were thrilled to welcome Teacher Lara, who brought Marco Polo’s adventures to life! She told us the fascinating story of Marco Polo’s tent — the children were amazed to learn that his house blew away in the wind! 🌬⛺ They were so excited to build their very own brick houses, pretending to be the wind trying to blow them down. Thankfully, the sturdy bricks stayed strong! Everyone had a turn stacking the bricks carefully, working together to create a house that could stand up to any weather. 🧱🌟
It’s been a marvellous morning of outdoor fun, energetic movement, and imaginative play — just the way our little adventurers love to learn! We can’t wait to see what new discoveries await us this afternoon. 💕✨@All

今天，孩子们化身“小小瓷器鉴赏家”，开启了一场跨越时空的青花瓷探秘之旅！从元朝青花瓷的典雅之美，到同时期西方器皿的异域风情，孩子们通过观察、对比、创作，感受了东西方文化的独特魅力。快来看看孩子们的“瓷器发现”吧～
青花瓷的诞生：
孩子们通过图片了解：元朝时期，工匠们用“钴料”在白瓷上画出蓝色花纹，再罩上透明釉，烧制出“白如玉、明如镜、蓝如海”的青花瓷。
观察元朝青花瓷经典图案：缠枝莲、牡丹、云龙纹……孩子们惊叹：“像在瓷器上画画一样！”
东西方器皿大对比：
颜色：青花瓷的“蓝与白” vs 西方器皿的“金与彩”（如拜占庭镶嵌金饰、伊斯兰彩釉）。
图案：青花瓷的“自然纹样”（花鸟、山水） vs 西方器皿的“几何与人物”（如宗教故事、藤蔓卷草）。
形状：青花瓷的“圆润流畅”（梅瓶、玉壶春瓶） vs 西方器皿的“立体繁复”（高脚杯、浮雕盘）
