@All Good afternoon everyone!
Today our little explorers had such a joyful time together! We began with a lively circle time—singing cheerful songs and introducing ourselves with big smiles and waving hands!
Then it was time for outdoor play, where the slide was zoomed down a hundred times and our little treehouse turned into a make-believe home! The children became grown-ups, going to work, tidying the “house,” and chatting about their “busy lives”—we couldn’t stop laughing at how adorably they imitated the adults around them!
Afterward, Teacher Harriet joined us for another exciting Marco Polo adventure! We learned about telescopes—looking near, looking far—and played a fun game where we searched for hidden objects using our very own explorer eyes!
Next, we danced our way to Teacher Happy’s music class! We explored “tempo” by shaking maracas slowly… and then super fast! Then we transformed into marching elephants, using pool noodle trunks to dance and stomp around the circle, all to the rhythm of the beat!
We finished our magical morning with a delicious lunch, and now our tired little friends are cozied up, listening to calming English stories as they drift off to dreamland. 💫🐘💤

今天，孩子们化身“小小文化探险家”，开启了一场敦煌文化奇妙之旅！从莫高窟的千年壁画到鸣沙山的壮阔沙漠，从月牙泉的神奇形状到亲手制作敦煌手鼓，孩子们用眼睛发现美、用双手创造美，感受了中华文化的博大精深。快来看看孩子们的精彩瞬间吧：
文化探索·敦煌印象
莫高窟的秘密：
孩子们通过图片和模型，观察了莫高窟的洞窟形状（穹顶、方形、中心塔柱式），发现古人如何利用山体开凿出“艺术宫殿”。
一起欣赏壁画细节：飞天衣带飘飘、九色鹿的故事、供养人画像……孩子们惊叹：“古代画家太厉害啦！”
沙漠与月牙泉：
用沙盘模拟“鸣沙山”，感受沙漠的广阔与流动，观察月牙泉的形状和颜色：像一弯蓝月落在黄沙中。
手工制作——敦煌手鼓
孩子们用彩纸、麻绳、铃铛和颜料，亲手制作了敦煌风格手鼓！
画鼓面：用金色笔描绘莲花、云纹等敦煌元素。
缠鼓身：麻绳缠绕出“沙漠波纹”，贴上彩色亮片。
装铃铛：轻轻摇动，发出清脆声响，像沙漠的风铃！
今天的活动，不仅是手工与游戏，更是一次文化的播种：
让孩子们知道，敦煌是古代“丝绸之路”的明珠，是东西方文化交汇的桥梁，在动手制作中，感受传统工艺的智慧与美感。

⭐⭐温馨提示：
1.早晨接送时间8:30-9:00在校门口和地库都会有老师值班站岗，最晚9点10分以后老师都要回班级，如果在9:10分之后晚到的请将孩子送至10号楼的校门口。
如晚到请家长务必提前跟班级老师说，以便老师可以及时在校门口接孩子。9:10之后不建议家长单独进入校区。
