Good afternoon PNE friends! ⭐ In todays circle time we practiced our “welcome song” by the Kiboomers, all the little ones are very familiar with this song now and really enjoyed following along with the motions, some of us even sang along, well done! ✨ In our class today we read “My First Chinese New Year” and tried many of the activities we found in the book! We tried printing our very own Fu symbol for good luck, we made a beautiful piece of artwork with pink blossom, we tried making an offering of ‘oranges’, holding fire crackers and using traditional drums while we sang our happy new year song! 🍊🥁🌸 [Firecracker] We have all enjoyed learning about different elements of CNY celebrations this week 🏮👏 I hope you all have a lovely weekend and I look forward to seeing the little ones again on Monday!
