Good afternoon PNE Parents,
Hello 👋 it’s teacher Lara here, today I had the pleasure to join PNE, so I prepared a really fun class for us to do together! 🥰
We started our class listening to a magical story called “Peppa’s Chinese New Year”. Peppa Pig was explaining and showing her friends the different traditions people do to celebrate the New Year in China. 🎉 🧧
Afterwards, we continued to sing the “Happy New Year” song together using our hands and body to the words. The little ones had so much fun, I asked who would like to perform the song for their friends and they all wanted to! ❤ So, in two groups, our little ones took it in turns to perform the song for each other. It was so lovely to see! 😍
We finished our class with a fine motor skill activity creating their very own CNY Collage using celebratory stickers whilst listing to our new favourite song, Happy New Year! 🎆 🎶 🥳
